I competed in my first duathlon last Saturday up in portland. You can check the results at www.racecenter.com under results. I ended up 9th overall which wasn't too bad I guess. It was pretty brutal and I realize I'm still not in good shape. The race was a 5k run 30k bike and 5k run. Of course I was tops in both runs, but my biking sucked (33rd). I need to do some work on that. I haven't been cycling much this year. I can't seem to get motivated to get out in the rain.
